Thanks jst, I appreciate the good explanation and I understand your frustration.
I have taken 10 months of intensive French classes here in Montreal and I find it still very hard to understand the "young" generation and some of the less educated
adults who butcher the language. It is a normal process for a language to "advance" and modernize itself, but it doesn't mean mispronouncing words and spelling mistakes

I must say that I gave up on writing in French since it is THAT complicated.
I enjoy speaking the language but I have no plans of writing a book or articles in French.

En effet nous avons eu une tres belle soiree. Les voitures etaient belles , les gens etaient beaux , les burgers Dic Anns etaient succulent aussi .... lol

C'est drole mais avant de quitter l'exposition de Laval Auto sport j'ai remarque que sur mon tableau de bord quelqu'un y a depose du change. C'est plaisant non ?
La prochaine fois peut-etre on m'y mettra un billet de 50 $ a force de participer aux expositions
